Where can each gift card be redeemed?
Redemption territory and online or in-store availability are stated on every product page.
Can I send a voucher immediately?

Can a voucher be exchanged for cash?
No, unless expressly required by applicable law or specific product terms.
Can a voucher be reloaded?
Reloadability will be disclosed on each listing. Vouchora expects most vouchers to be closed-loop and non-reloadable.

Can the recipient use part of the balance?
Partial redemption depends on the merchant. Any remaining-balance rules is shown on each product page.
Do gift cards expire?
Most cards are valid for 12 months from issue. The exact validity is shown on every product page.

Can I receive a refund?
See the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Digital vouchers may become non-refundable after the code has been revealed or redeemed.
What happens if the code is invalid?
Contact support with your order reference. If the code was defective and the customer was not responsible, replacement or refund may be offered.
What happens if the merchant closes?
In the event of merchant closure, redemption may not be possible. Vouchora will assess replacement or refund options based on supplier and merchant recourse.
Why is my order being reviewed?
Some orders trigger additional risk review or identity verification to protect customers, merchants and payment providers.
How do corporate orders work?
