Quotations and invoices
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Invoices are issued in AED unless otherwise agreed and must be settled by the payment date shown.
Recipient data
The corporate customer confirms that it is authorised to share recipient information for the purpose of gift delivery and undertakes to comply with applicable UAE privacy and employment obligations.
Distribution and reporting
Vouchora supports individual delivery, bulk file distribution and secure portals subject to Product and provider capabilities. Campaign reporting is provided where agreed in advance.
Cancellation
Bulk orders may be cancelled before codes have been issued to recipients. Once issued, refunds follow the standard Refund and Cancellation Policy.
