1. Choosing a voucher
Every listing will state the issuing merchant, denominations, currency, validity period, redemption territory, participating outlets and exclusions before anything is selected.
2. Personalising the gift
The buyer provides the recipient's name, delivery channel, delivery date and an optional message. Personal messages are limited in length and screened for prohibited content.
3. Payment and verification
Payment will be taken by a licensed payment provider with strong customer authentication. Orders are screened for fraud and sanctions before a voucher code is issued.
4. Digital delivery
Once payment is confirmed, the voucher is delivered to the recipient by the chosen channel. Delivery is treated as complete when the code has been made available to the recipient.
5. Redemption at the merchant
The recipient redeems the voucher with the merchant named on the listing, in line with that merchant's own terms. Vouchora does not control merchant stock, pricing or outlet availability.
6. Support and disputes
If a voucher fails to arrive, will not validate or is refused, our support team investigates with the merchant and arranges reissue or refund where the fault is confirmed.
