How it works

From choice to delivery, four steps.

Digital delivery is subject to payment confirmation, fraud screening, product availability and supplier fulfilment.

Step 1

Choose

Browse authorised participating gift cards and merchants. Read the redemption territory, validity and exclusions before adding to your cart.

Step 2

Personalise

Add the recipient's name, email or mobile number, a personal message, sender name and delivery date.

Step 3

Pay

Pay securely through the authorised payment provider. 3D Secure and additional verification may apply.

Step 4

Deliver

Once payment is verified and fraud screening completes, the voucher is issued and sent to the recipient.

Why an order may be delayed

  • Payment remains pending with the card issuer or bank.
  • The order triggers additional risk review or identity verification.
  • The issuing merchant's fulfilment service is temporarily unavailable.
  • The specific denomination is out of stock at the supplier.
  • The recipient's email is filtered or the SMS provider retries.

Immediate delivery, where offered, is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Vouchora does not claim instant delivery for every product.
