Delivery channels
Delivery is provided by email and, where supported, by SMS. The recipient details entered at checkout are used exactly as provided.
Timing
Estimated delivery times are indicative. Actual delivery depends on payment authorisation, fraud screening, merchant fulfilment, product availability and the recipient's mail or messaging provider.
Undelivered items
If a recipient reports that a delivery email has not arrived, Vouchora will confirm delivery status and, subject to product terms, resend or reissue where appropriate.
Delivery verification
Delivery is treated as complete when the voucher code has been made available to the recipient.
