1. About Vouchora
The Vouchora website and services are operated by Clicked IN FZE LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Vouchora", "we", "us", "our"). Vouchora operates an online marketplace for authorised digital gift cards, merchant vouchers, experience vouchers and corporate reward codes ("Products"). Vouchora is not the issuer of the underlying gift card unless expressly stated on the product page. Where Vouchora is a distributor, the issuing merchant remains responsible for redemption and honouring the value stored on the voucher.
2. Eligibility
By purchasing a Product you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a binding contract in the UAE, and using accurate personal and payment information belonging to you or a person you are authorised to act for.
3. Products, availability and authorisation
Vouchora publishes Products only after receiving complete and approved information from the issuing merchant or an authorised distributor, including redemption terms, validity, territory of redemption and applicable exclusions. Product availability, denominations and pricing may change without notice. Vouchora may refuse or cancel any order where authorisation cannot be verified, where the Product has become unavailable, or where a pricing or descriptive error has occurred.
4. Orders and payment
- Orders are subject to acceptance by Vouchora. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of the order and does not, on its own, constitute acceptance.
- Payment is processed by an authorised payment provider. Additional authentication such as 3D Secure may be required.
- Vouchora may screen orders for fraud, sanctions and unusual activity, and may request additional verification or decline an order.
- All prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise and may be subject to applicable UAE taxes.
5. Delivery
Digital delivery is subject to payment confirmation, fraud screening, Product availability and supplier fulfilment. Estimated delivery times shown on the site or in marketing communications are indicative and are not guaranteed. Delivery is treated as complete when the voucher code has been made available to the recipient via the delivery method selected at checkout.
6. Redemption
Redemption of a Product is governed by the terms and conditions of the issuing merchant. Vouchora is not responsible for a merchant's refusal to honour a valid voucher, changes to a merchant's own policies, closures, insolvency or amendments to redemption locations, unless required by applicable law.
7. Refunds, cancellations and disputes
Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Digital vouchers may become non-refundable after the voucher code has been revealed or redeemed.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Vouchora for unlawful activity, resale of vouchers outside authorised channels, circumvention of merchant limits, scraping, tampering or interference with the security of the platform. Vouchora may suspend or terminate accounts and orders that appear to violate this section.
9. Intellectual property
All content on Vouchora, including logos, imagery, wording and design, is owned by Vouchora or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent, save for personal, non-commercial browsing.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, Vouchora shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business interruption, loss of goodwill or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Dubai courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
12. Changes to these terms
Vouchora may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
