Denominations and validity
Denominations, currencies and validity periods are shown on each product page. Once purchased, the validity period commences on the delivery date unless the issuing merchant specifies otherwise.
Redemption
Redemption is governed by the issuing merchant's terms. Redemption territory (UAE only, GCC or global), online or in-store availability and exclusions are listed on the product page.
Non-transferable value
Unless expressly stated, vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or transferred outside the recipient shown on the order.
Lost or stolen vouchers
Vouchora treats an issued voucher code like cash. Replacement is not guaranteed and depends on the merchant's ability to trace and cancel the code.
