Refund and Cancellation Policy

How refunds, cancellations and disputes are handled for Vouchora digital vouchers.

1. Nature of digital vouchers

Vouchora sells digital gift cards and vouchers that are typically delivered instantly or on a scheduled date. Because a delivered voucher can be redeemed immediately, refunds on digital vouchers are limited by design.

2. Cancellations before delivery

A pending order may be cancelled by contacting management@vouchora.online with the order reference, provided that the voucher code has not been issued to the recipient. Where cancellation is accepted, the full purchase price is refunded to the original payment method.

3. Cancellations after delivery

Once the voucher code has been made available to the recipient, the order is treated as delivered. Vouchora does not offer refunds for delivered and unused vouchers unless required by applicable law or the specific product terms.

4. Redeemed vouchers

Redeemed vouchers are not refundable. Any dispute regarding a partial or unsatisfactory redemption should be raised with the issuing merchant, and Vouchora will support the customer in escalating the matter where appropriate.

5. Invalid or defective vouchers

Where a voucher is invalid, defective, or cannot be redeemed for reasons that were not caused by the customer or the recipient, Vouchora will investigate with the issuing merchant and, where the fault is confirmed, offer replacement or refund of the affected amount.

6. Duplicate or unauthorised transactions

Duplicate charges arising from a technical error are refunded once verified. Unauthorised transactions must be reported immediately to Vouchora and to your card issuer.

7. Refund method and timing

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Once approved, refunds are submitted to the payment provider promptly; the time to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or bank, typically between five and fifteen business days.

8. Fraud and abuse

Vouchora may withhold refunds where an order is under fraud investigation, where a chargeback has been raised, or where the customer has breached these terms or the terms of the issuing merchant.
